'John DeweyBella Mente means beautiful minds'. We believe education provides learners with the rich social environment that increasingly isolated nuclear families are unable to provide at home. We nurture both their learning and development of life skills using researched methodology. This leads to a balanced growth and hence beautiful minds. Our vision is to provide education beyond boundaries, where learning is fun and joyful, yet enriching and empowering. Learning is a dynamic process which should extend beyond the four walls of the classroom. The children should be allowed to explore and look for answers themselves. Education should therefore nurture natural talents of the children and encourage them to think beyond boundaries. Our mission is to help our learners in becoming Confident, Cheerful and Competent. Through our curriculum ""Exprobe-Explore & Probe"", we follow inquiry-based learning and ensure that there is a progression defined at each stage of our curriculum. Inquiry Based Learning: In inquiry based learning, the process of learning will: Focus on learners making discoveries independently or as members of a group. Encourage asking questions, experiment, use trial and error, discuss and evaluate. Assist the learners to find their own answers rather than just learn facts. Promote the creative thinking and problem solving skills in the learners. Innovative Learning Areas: Learning areas at Bella Mente have been developed keeping in mind the principles of early childhood development. They include; extensive library, puppet theatre, discovery table, tactile lab, sensorial gymnasium, kitchen corner, market area, clay table, creative wall, weaving wall and other creative corners. Well researched activities have been planned to ensure holistic development of our learners utilizing these resources.
